The Company
Wylin Diagle (understudy), a recent (ish) transplant to Seattle, is currently pursuing her interest in the relationship between movement and speech/text. She tutors writing at the Loft Writing Center Plus and dances whenever and wherever she can whether that be workshops with Dance Art Group, classes at Velocity and Open Flight or in grocery store aisles, sidewalks. She is also working towards her Pilates teaching certification and plans to return to school. Wylin also performed with acornDance as part of the Site Series 2009.
Kathryn Padberg, (dancer/video artist) received her MFA from The Ohio State University where she had the opportunity to dance in the works of Bebe Miller, Merce Cunningham, John Giffin and Michael Estanich. In New York City, she has performed at such venues as The Merce Cunningham Dance Studio, Dance New Amsterdam, Judson Church and Movement Research at Dance Theater Workshop. She is a founding member of Kristin Hapke | tindance and has performed with the company in Ohio, New York and at On the Boards in Seattle. She is also involved in a new work with Crispin Spaeth to premiere at On the Boards in Febuary 2010. As a video artist, Kathryn has premiered video works in New York City at Dance Theater Workshop in the DancenOw NYC Festival, Ailey Citigroup in the Reverb Festival and at The Ohio State University. She continues to create video projects for The Joyce Theater and other independent choreographers. She is presently a Co-Artistic Director of Dance Art Group.

Jonas Rådvik’s (Sweden) dance work explores hidden aspects of the human psyche in order to express authentic paths to freedom and love. In Seattle, Jonas last appeared in a solo work, directed by Trinidad Martinez (Spain), which explored his relationship with sadness and grief. Beginning in Sweden in the mid-90’s he worked with leading dance companies and choreographers such as Eva Lilja Dance Company and Bjorn Elison’s Alvsborgsteantern. With his own multimedia dance performance group, FAVAB, his performance, BUR, toured some of the main stages of Sweden such as the Gothenburg Opera and Dansstationen. Today Jonas works as a psychotherapist.
Kelly Sullivan is a performer and choreographer based out of Seattle, WA. She performed extensively with Chimaera Physical Theater (1998-2007), touring all over the East Coast, and internationally in Taiwan. Locally, Kelly has danced with Zoe | Juniper, Cheronne Wong, BASE Movement Theatre, and Danny Herter. As the artistic director of Human Movement Projects, her choreography has been presented at 12mm at On the Boards, Velocity Dance Center, University of California at Long Beach, Western Washington University, the Whatcom Museum, and Smoke Farm, and commissioned by 4Culture’s Site Specific Network, Velocity Dance Center, Open Flight Studio and Fairhaven College. Kelly received her BFA in Performance and Choreography from Western Washington University.
Aaron Swartzman is a dancer, father, improviser, Capoierista and educator. He began dancing as a child, taking classes at Creative Dance Center and performing with Kaleidoscope Dance Company. After college, his love of improvisation, collaboration, and the body in motion brought him back to dance. He has danced professionally since 2001, working deeply with LINGO dancetheater and LeGendre Performance and touring to such places as Düsseldorf, Minneapolis, New York, San Diego, Cleveland (Ohio and Mississippi), Portland, Vancouver, B.C. and Nashville. He has been creating collaborative duets with Aiko Kinoshita since 2006 as UMAMI Performance. He believes in the richness and practice of discovering spontaneous beauty and weaving it towards ongoing artistic transformation.
